Our Mission

Beeches Performing Arts (formerly Beeches Performance Ensemble) is a music and dance organisation based in Great Barr, Birmingham, and was formed over 40 years ago. Beeches consists of a marching brass line that competes as a SoundSport unit, which is part of Drum Corps United Kingdom, and two colourguard units, which involves dance and flag work, that competes as part of WInterguard United Kingdom. The combination of these different sections is a display of music, colour and movement. We aim to provide a happy and safe environment in which members can learn new skills and performance qualities, giving them a platform to develop social, physical, and communication skills that will be transferable to all walks of life.
